Director of Music Ministry
Jason is a native of Jackson, MS and came to FUMC Grenada in November of 2007 after graduating from Mississippi College with a degree in Christian Studies. Jason is a graduate of Wesley Biblical Seminary in Jackson, MS. He loves to watch students fall in love with Jesus and allow Him to transform their lives from the 'inside out'. Jason is passionate about 'molding and shaping' students into 'world changers' for Jesus.
Tonya joined our staff in October 2016. She has lived in Grenada her entire life. Tonya and her husband, David have three boys: Cody, Zach, and Hayden. She is a family girl and loves to spend all of her free time with her family.Tonya also has her own photography business. When she is not spending time with her family, that is what she enjoys most.
Brooke comes to Grenada FUMC after 12 years of music ministry in the United Methodist Church. Originally from Dyersburg, Tennessee, she moved to Mississippi to attend University of Mississippi where she attained her Bachelor of Music degree. She is married to Jack Wright of Batesville and they have two children, Mason, 6, and Anne Elise, 2.
Jerry, as of October 2011, started his tenth year of administering the financial affairs of FUMC and serving as Church Accountant. He has over thirty years of experience in banking and financial management. He is a graduate of University of Mississippi where he earned his Bachelor of Business Adminstration degree in accounting and is also a graduate of the LSU School of Banking. Jerry and his wife, Rena, come to Grenada from Clarksdale. His family includes two daughters, Debbie Fava and Diane Youngblood, and a son, Chris Dantone, as well as four grand-children. An avid golfer and sports fan, Jerry wants to be quoted saying that, "I give thanks to God every day for bringing me to FUMC of Grenada!"
Scott is a life-long member of Grenada First. He is married to Michelle, a Coordinator of University Transplant Division at UMMC, and they have three boys, Nick, Phillip, and David.
Director of Children's Ministry
Amy is the music teacher for 2nd & 3rd grade classes at Grenada Lower Elementary School. She has been teaching for 11 years. She has a 9 year old little boy named Bryce. She looks forward to working with each of you and your children.
